Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to join an expanding company in the Borough Green/Sevenoaks area.

The ideal candidate will have strong Customer Service skills, be competent in the use of Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel. The use of a CRM system would also be advantageous.

Key Duties

•    Dealing with customer queries by phone & email
•    Providing a high level of customer service to ensure customers’ orders are processed and received within specified timeframes
•    Creating of quotes, sale orders, purchase orders and invoices – Sage 50
•    Managing of stock (Excel) and ordering products needed from other suppliers
•    Providing sales and administrative support to support the sales team and director
•    Adding and updating new contacts to database – Sage CRM
•    Organising and liaising with carriers including daily booking in of collections
•    Any other adhoc office duties as and when required by the office manager

 

The role will initially be a temp position with a view to going perm for the right candidate.

Monday – Friday
Hours – 8.30am – 5.30pm

Salary

£18K
